Eligibility for Returns
Unused & Unopened Products: We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with all packaging intact.
Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The exchanged item will be delivered within 5-7 days

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:
Opened or used beauty products (including skincare, haircare, and cosmetics)
Items marked as “final sale” or promotional products
How to Return Your Order
Request a Return: Contact us through our returns page or via email with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos (if applicable).
Prepare Your Item: Ensure the item is in its original condition, including packaging and any included accessories.
Return Shipping: For approved returns, you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged.
Refunds Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different color, size, or product, please follow the return process which is 7 days and place a new order for the desired item and delivered within 5-7 days
Late or Missing Refunds
