1. How do I place an order?

Placing an order on our website is simple:

  1. Browse our products and select the items you want to purchase.

  3. When you’re ready, go to your cart and click on “Checkout.”
  4. Enter your shipping and payment information to complete your purchase.
  5. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to get it shipped to you as quickly as possible. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused and unopened products within 30 days of receiving your order. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details on how to start a return or exchange.

Yes, we are committed to offering beauty products that are cruelty-free. We do not test any of our products on animals, and we work with brands that share our values.
